On 30 January 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Norased Nasongkla welcomed a delegation from the Thailand Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and the Tokyo Institute of Technology (TAIST–Science Tokyo), and guided them on a visit to the Laboratory for Biocompatibility Testing of Medical Devices within the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University; this visit represented a valuable opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and experience, while also fostering and reinforcing future collaboration in education, research, and the development of innovative engineering and advanced technologies between the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, and the TAIST–Science Tokyo network.
